Het Valkhof in Nijmegen invited painter Erik Matijssen to participate in a duo exhibit, as part of the museum's 'Vliegende Hollanders' program. Matijssen asked Ineke Hans to endeavor into artistic dialogue which results in strange but highly entertaining still lives composed of designs and painted domestic scenes.
